Frequent asked questions.
1) Where and how long is the class?
The workshop is conducted over 10 days stretching over a period of
6 months. The workshop is held in our Training Center at Pusat Bandar Damansara
with plenty of parking space and amnesty.
2) Is there any cost involved to open an account and what is the minimum size of
investment?
There is no charge for opening a trading account. You may start with an initial investment as low as USD250. You will be opening a mini account, which means you can trade as little as US$1.
3) Does a person need to have any investment experience?
Most of our graduates have no experience. Forex-Investology System is designed for investors who have no experience in FOREX. As graduates of our workshop, they will get all the support during our Clinic and “Trade With Sam” Live Trading Sessions.
4) I do not know much about computer and I am not a very technical person.
Can I still be able to do Forex?
Minimum knowledge on the use of computer is required. As long as you can surf the web, sending and receiving email and able to switch on/off computer, you are OK.
5) Is there any annual or monthly subscription fees for the use of Forex-Investology System?
No, all software (including upgrades) and access to our investment system are free for all our graduates. All upgrades will be posted thru our website (member’s area only), where our graduates can receive upgrades thru downloads.
6) Is trading Forex illegal in Malaysia?
For individuals, trading in FOREX is similar to other investment tools just like investing on foreign real estate, stocks, options, futures, commodity and internet businesses. Nevertheless, local companies are not allowed to collect funds to trade in Forex without Bank Negara’s approval. So far no private companies have been issued the license except commercial banks. Malaysian Banks do trade Forex.
7) How do I open a Forex account and is the money safe?
You will open an account directly with a US based broker. All your funds are in your full control under your trading account. Our preference for US based Broker is because the FOREX industry is highly regulated and existing laws always biased in favor of consumers.
8) How do I transfer my money to the broker in US and how can I get back my money to
Malaysia?
Money can be transferred through any Malaysian Bank via Tele Transfer. There is a small administrative remittance charge. Any amount above RM10,000, the banks are required to inform Bank Negara. This is a control mechanism to avoid money laundering.
Alternatively, an easy, no hassle way is to use our credit card. You can trade within 48 hours of funding your account. To repatriate your money back you just need to inform the US broker via email or fax and your money will be transferred back to the nominated bank account.
9) Is Forex-Investology System an “Introducing Broker”?
No we are not “an introducing broker.” Our main focus is to coach you to trade for yourself. Introducing brokers gets a commission % of what their clients trade. The commission is being paid at the back end by the brokers as a way to encourage traders to trade more.
10) Do you offer advance courses for experienced traders?
We have “Forex for Beginners”, Intermediate level and Advance level. Nevertheless our Intermediate and Advance levels are only for our graduates who pass “Forex for Beginners”.
In our beginners level we cover important topics like Trading Psychology and Money Management, which are essential building blocks to a successful trading.Trading Forex is not just about strategies, understanding indicators and timing. Experienced investors knows that 80% of success comes from Trading Psychology and good Money
Management.
11) What are your ongoing support after the workshop?
We have “Clinic” which supports students who needs any further basic assistance and clarifications. We also have “Trade with Sam” where students gather and receive market commentaries, further distinctions and refinement of Investology System strategies, from our Master Trader-Sam Se. There are no charges for these supports except for RM10-15 for lunch / dinner.
12) Can a normal graduate be a part of Forex-Investology business system?
We have “Graduate’s Referral and Testimonial” program, “Speakers” and “Train the Trainer” program where graduates will get trained. When you are proficient, and be our certified trainer, you will get paid when you conduct our workshop classes.
13) I read that Forex Investology is a franchise system. I am interested. Who can I contact?
The 1st criteria for Franchisee is that you must be our graduate of our “Forex for Beginners” and Intermediate level. Besides that we are looking for Franchisees who have the same passion, principles and values aligned with us i.e entrepreneurial, positive thinking, abundance and integrity.
